Starter
Veloute of cauliflower
With white beans, crispy lardons and a parmesan tulle
Pan fried fillet of fresh mackerel
Served on a tabbouleh salad, and a salsa Verde
Peppered goats cheese parfait
Finished with pressed tomatoes, basil and sweet peppers
A warm chicken, leek and wild mushroom mousse
Finished with a salad of green beans, shallots and radish
